Higher Education. (Used in combo with graduate. Allows you to increase intelligence.) Increases intelligence by 10 over a period of 2 years. Stacks with Graduate.

New dungeons opened:

1> Corporate world.

2> City of self-sufficiency.

3> The death of Childhood.

In addition:

You can now travel to other cities.

Your presence now counts as adult supervision.

You can create your own family. (Talk to parent to begin this quest.)

You are highly resistant to night-time curfews.
